Rosica Ariadne: An entrepreneur from Capri collector, indeed, Anacapri. How did that happen? Who or what has triggered the spark? An artist, a friend, a colleague, a collector, an art dealer? Tell us about its past history,

present and future.

Tonino Cacace: During the years of Classical High School in Rome, I loved very much the humanities. I remember the lessons of art history that we lived directly in the historical sites of Rome, an unforgettable experience and probably the spark of a passion that has grown over the years.

After high school I spent several months in England, and there the comparison with the Tate Gallery. For a twenty year old who had only known the British Museum and the Metropolitan was a thrilling encounter, largely incomprehensible, but sufficient to trigger a strong curiosity.
